Recently, we embarked on some exciting team-building adventures that left us feeling more connected and productive than ever before.

We all headed to Buenos Aires, the Big Apple of Argentina, for a few days. Part of our team enjoyed a weekend of sightseeing and delicious food. Meanwhile, the rest of us attended the 7th Latin American Congress on Translation and Interpreting, where we learned things that allow us to hone our linguistic skills and captured valuable insights to share with our coworkers.

And then, the big moment finally arrived: all of us came together in person! We decided to test our teamwork skills by staying in an Airbnb together, reality show style. It was an amazing opportunity to get to know each other even better and improve our work dynamic, all while enjoying each other's company.

We experienced a productivity boost: we reviewed our 2023 goals and discussed current and upcoming projects. We even participated in a teamwork and synergy training, which helped us understand how to work together more effectively (within our in-house team and with our amazing freelance translators). We are excited to implement what we learned over the next few months!

Our relationship is not all about work. We also took pictures, played games, went for some amazing meals together and shared stories! And this is one of the things we are the proudest of and that make us stand out: the human factor. We care about each other, and it shows in the quality of the services we provide.

Overall, this trip was a success, and we're excited to see the positive impact it has on our culture and productivity. To more exciting adventures!
