Essence handles the information provided by interested individuals for the purpose of managing the resumes received and performing the processes of choosing staff, interviewing and other procedures needed in the search for the best possible candidate for a specific job.

If their personal data is not provided, we will not be able to accomplish the objectives described. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of the data provided. Your data will be kept for two years since the last interaction.
